- Prepare concept site layout plans to enable budget costings
- Prepare concept plans to allow pricing to be determined
- Prepare a budget costing for the project including:
- Planning and development approval applications and consultant costs
- All civil works (Design and construction)
- Statutory body application fees, charges and contributions
- Ancillary costs
- Project management costs
- Prepare project plan in MS Project incorporating all development phases to reach completion
- Collate and prepare feasibility and scoping report to provide strategic direction for the future stages of the project to reach delivery and completion.
