During Tropical Cyclone Debbie in 2017, areas of the Scenic Rim were heavily affected by flooding and large amounts of debris swept through the natural waterways. Scenic Rim Regional Council engaged ACS Engineers to undertake an assessment of all culverts listed on the council asset register to assess the condition and any damage caused by the floods. Specialised project management software was utilised for the assessment to complete the project efficiently and thoroughly. Concept designs of specific culverts were undertaken to assist SRRC with QRA funding.
